I had a shoot downtown with a friend and she stopped to take these photos of me right on Michigan Ave. Gotta lot of awkward looks and honks but it was worth it.
when chicago breaks 50 degrees in the winter months it is like God is saying being patient spring will come! Honestly, you can get so depressed here with no sun and negative temps. We are in the home stretch!!! This week we had some warm weather and it was amazing. We went to Maggie Daley & hung out with my cute friend Madi and her son, Mason. Side note, I tinted my own eyebrows following this gal's tutorial, Mikelle Kennedy. It was a little scary but I definitely am excited to be able to do this myself!
I found this quote yesterday & it embodied exactly how I feel love should feel.
That unconditional love is so important in a marriage and in any relationship. I am going to strive to be more unconditional and freeing in the love I give to others. I just want to let it flow from me. I don't want to give them expectations, check lists and impossible demands for them to earn my love. I want Chris and Jack to be them, who they truly are, and see that like our Heavenly Parents do. See them and love them and therefore free them. Jack and I visited our valentine downtown and had a picnic in his office.
These sunglasses are EVERYTHING. I felt so posh and sophisticated. Hoping the sun will come out here in Chicago so that I can actually wear them!!!

1. Filter Filter Filter
Use all the filters available. Get rid of any colors you don't like to wear. Choose your size. Style you are looking for. Style/length/etc. Price range. Choose the collections that apply to you (maternity, petite, main, tall, curve, etc.)
2. Get ASOS Premier
Literally the best thing you can do. Your clothes arrive in 2 days for only $20 a year. I can't tell you how many times I needed a dress or outfit for an event or wedding and had procrastinated... Nothing was at the mall or I was too lazy to go look. I order not kidding, 5-10 dresses on premier and then I send back the rest for free. IT IS SO WORTH IT. Open the bags properly to make it super easy to send back.
3. Buy Multiple Sizes/Use Model Sizing/Video Feature
Until you have found your groove in the ASOS sizing by multiple sizes. The returns are free and if you are unsure about what size to get buy both! Pay attention to the models sizes that are written in the product description. It gives the model's height and size to help you for reference. Watch the videos! asos uploads a movie for each product so you can see it's actual color and it moving!
4. Use the Save for Later Feature
I save so so so many things and go back and often find they are on sale a month later!
5. Promo Codes/Discounts
Look out on their website for sales and promotions. If you are a student you can apply for a 10% discount on the entire purchase. (clearance items excluded)
I recently started an Instagram account devoted to my ASOS finds. I post the amazing deals and then link them to my site! I am an asos addict. Most find asos very overwhelming because of the extreme amount of inventory but I find it like a rewarding treasure hunt. I can’t buy all or even most the stuff I find... but maybe you can. I’m a CHEAP-O so most if not all will be under $50 if not under $25
